On Tuesday, the legendary Mr. Lagerfeld unveiled another divine Haute Couture Collection at the Grand Palais in Paris.
A modern and minimalist nightclub was the setting for the show; that was complete with a shimmering, rotating stage, two grand staircases, an orchestra to accompany Sebastien Tellier and none other than Ms. Cara Delevingne to accompany Karl as his leading lady to close the show.
The icing on the cake? Well of course, that would be the dramatic, glittery, pastel-hued feminine makeup look created by Peter Phillips.
And now, for the fun part, a super bold winged black liner – with multi-faceted silver glitter to line the undereye – complete with a generous lashing of mascara.
If glitter is a little too outrageous for you, we recommend adapting this look to be ‘day-appropriate’ by substituting your glitter for a shimmery pearl or silver liner, set with a luminous white or pearl-toned shadow.
